hi thanks for letting me join I’ve had my carers stoped and there now reinstating it but she’s said some thing about 4 weeks bf can anyone tell me what the bf stands for

Give them a ring and insist that they do NOT use jargon in dealing with any of the general public.
Whoever wrote or said this has “an urgent need for further training and should not deal with the public until that training is complete”!
Be sure to use that exact phrase, and ask for a written apology and explanation as to what it means.
Don’t get mad, get even.
