Cancer carers

Id like to connect with people who care for friends/loved ones who have cancer. My partner has lung cancer and im really struggling, especially after hes taken steroids as it makes him nasty and aggressive, The ups and downs of mood after hes had chemo is really hard to deal with.

Hi Lucy,

Not everyone reads threads further down the board, so it might be worth doing a search on the forum for Cancer. Obviously it will list any posts that mention cancer - but it will come up with info from those caring for someone with cancer too. If they recent threads, you could comment on those or send a PM (personal message) to those members.

I don’t know whether this link will work for you, but I got these results when I searched on your behalf: https://www.carersuk.org/forum/search?keywords=cancer&terms=all&author=&sc=1&sf=all&sr=posts&sk=t&sd=d&st=0&ch=300&t=0&submit=Search

If it doesn’t, click on Adv search in the toolbar that appears at the top of the page, when you are viewing the Board Index.
