Hardware question

I bought a Days lite wheelchair for wife. It’s fine for going from one place to another and stopping, but if we want to stroll for some distance and use of the brakes is required, they vibrate and jitter making the journey difficult and not very pleasant. My wife is tiny, so that’s not the problem.

I rang the manufacturer and was told that’s a common problem with lightweight chairs at the lower end of the price range.

I don’t need the Rolls Royce of chairs, but Is like to get her one that’s reasonably priced and robust enough to travel.

It still needs to be portable and not too heavy. Any suggestions or the?

Thanks
