Hello… I’m Beth, aged 54 and I’m carer to my husband Dave, 79 who has Parkinson’s. For the first 12 years of the disease, he was fairly independent and Parkinson’s was not to much of a challenge. But now, he has declined quite quickly and I’m needing to step in to do some active caring. We have been together for 24 years and have a 19 year old son. My husband also has a 44 year old son from a previous relationship.
