I joined Carers UK in 2011 and my current role is Head of Carer Support. I lead a small team of very dedicated and talented colleagues to run our programme of online meetups for carers (Care for a Cuppa and Share & Learn), coordinate regional ‘roadshow’ events around the country, provide a rewarding range of community, online and employee volunteering opportunities, and of course, support our online forum, Carers Connect. I’ve loved working with thousands of our members and volunteers during my time at Carers UK, and they continue to inspire me to improve the support we provide.
