I am 64. I care full time for my 72 year old husband who has kidney disease, long covid, lung damage, inflammatory bowl disease and osteoarthritis as well as some cognitive disorders. I also care for my 89 year old mum (part time) and when a I go and stay with her I worry about leaving my husband. When I go home again I worry about leaving my mum. I am nervous about posting and not good with tec.
