Where do I stand concert tickets

Hi, I’m new to the site i am looking for some advice, if you get a ticket for a gig at the o2 and you get a carer ticket and a disabled one, if the disabled person can’t go due to illness/covid can the carer still go?

I just want to check before buying tickets just incase
