Something like this. Re Trade Unions…if other employees in the firm are off at this time. others will have to work harder, but keep a close eye as it wont help if employees get mentally and physically exhausted, so keep a close eye on how many hours they are working.
Us carers should have had more protection regarding OUR mental and physical health.
