I phoned the Samaritans some months ago.
Spoke to a very dreary, depressing man and came away feeling more suicidal than
before I phoned ! 
Next time I’ll speak to a funeral parlor. 
That’s a shame Albert. I hope you passed the feedback onto your local branch as its important they know this.
