You need to give us a bit more information on whether you mean permanantly, or for the day?
What care does she need, how old is she, what is your own situation, etc. etc.
If your Gran has the mental capacity to request that she leaves then you should be able to arrange it. You’d have to check what any contract said about it.
Are you prepared for what could be a long and difficult job of caring for someone?
