Hello, I got a degree in Biology at The University of St Andrews. A couple of days ago, I was offered a PhD course, but it’s in the USA. Can I apply for a Postgraduate Doctoral Loan for researchers with disabilities? I have an EHC Plan, but I’m not sure how it works for international PhD programmes.
