Mind-reframed

My 21-year old daughter has Borderline Personality Disorder (and associated depression and eating disorder) and local NHS services are totally inadequate. She has had loads of private therapy which has not really helped and is now on anti-depressants which at least stop her feeling suicidal. From reading about BPD, we think she would benefit from Dialectical Behaviour Therapy which is obviously only sparsely available on the NHS and I have found group and individual therapy courses run by Mind-reframed.
Does anyone have any experience of this group, positive or negative?
Thanks for reading, hoping someone can help us decide.

I haven’t heard of mind reframed but my daughter has bpd and, after trying cbt multiple times which never helped she had dialectical therapy and says it changed everything. She was able to afford a few sessions with a private therapist which isn’t an option for many I know but definitely encourage you to push the NHS in that direction if you can, or try this charity. Best of luck.
