I cared for my husband for four years til he died last December. I am trying to find my feet after that. As for navigating your caring journey, you will find loads of helpful advice and oh so much support on here.

Welcome from me. I am a part time carer for my Mum who is 99, is severely sight impaired, hard of hearing, has cognitive decline and chronic neck pain plus either more minor health issues. She still lives on her own!
