My son has been waiting for his passport since April. We were, understandably, asked for supporting information because of his disability and inability to sign his own passport. These documents were sent immediately but only logged as received 11/5/22.
If he was not disabled, he wouldn’t have been asked for paperwork and as such would have received his passport.
Surely this discriminates??
I’m not sure where to go with it. We are due to fly next week and I cannot get a fast-track or an upgrade or even the option of being able to travel to pick up the document.
I am being told that it’s authorised and awaiting printing.
