After waiting 5 weeks; from filling in forms to claim funeral expenses, lady calls me from DWP
Basically telling me cannot claim as they don’t cover my husbands repatriation to ireland! Plenty of reading the small print! and relevant notes! then duly filling in all forms, Before sending forms off.
There’s clear information about what countries your covered for, why on earth are staff in these
DWP jobs and don’t know what they’re doing!
Even asking me ‘How long I’ve worked in this country’! For goodness sake one look at my NI number and they know all my history, as if things aren’t bad enough! Ask stupid questions:worried:
