Covid jab unpaid carer

Hi looking for advice I’m 63 and have been my dads carer for the last 7 years I do not get carers allowance as have been told they just take it off my dad anyway so thought why bother,
I took early retirement so I only get my contribution paid for my pension. I have asked my GP if I can have a covid jab and they have said am I a registered carer? I have no idea if I am because I get pension contributions only. I look after my dad for more than 37 hours a week Any advice would be helpful.
Thank you
