I am starting an exposure piece in relation to my experience of and treatment in the Court of Protection. The Court of Protection are supposed to protect vulnerable adults, but the experience I have had is far from protective. The Court of Protection also employ professional and layman deputies who are responsible for vulnerable persons finances and property, and again there are problems and difficulties getting concerns addressed when something is going wrong with a deputy.

I would like to collectively raise the issues of the shortcomings of this Court System, and create new legislation that allows for more scrutiny of this provision.
