6.5 Challenge

This February, why not take on the 6.5 Challenge for Carers UK?

Whether you decide to run 6.5km a day for a week, do 65 burpees, or walk 65,000 steps over 6.5 days, it’s a great way to stay active and have fun. It doesn’t have to be a physical challenge – you could bake 65 cupcakes, or even give up chocolate or alcohol for 650 hours (that's nearly the whole month of February)! There are no rules – apart from the Government guidelines on how to exercise and act safely, of course!

You can do it on your own or as part of a team; why not challenge your colleagues, family, and friends to get involved?
